David M. Salazar, P.E., Fort Worth District Engineer, delivered an in-depth presentation on the District’s initiatives at the final Heavy Highway Forum for 2023. This event was part of RHCA’s Texas-wide series. Thank you, Rey Roca for hosting the Forum at the MPO Solutions offices on December 1.

AEC Roundtable Committee Meetings

The second Wednesday of the month from 8:30 am to 10:00 am.
Meetings are open to members in good standing; registration is required.

RHCA Architecture, Engineering, and Construction Committee (AEC) is dedicated to supporting the RHCA’s goal of enhancing business capacity, efficiency, and profitability in architecture, engineering, and construction. The Committee’s primarily focused on civil, heavy highway, and infrastructure project opportunities.

The AEC Committee’s main activities include developing programs and fostering relationships with key industry players like general contractors, owners, and developers to encourage the engagement of RHCA members, including small, minority, and women-owned contractors. This extends to facilitating contract opportunities among members.

Committee Functions:

Assists with the Texas Heavy Highway Forum Series.
Conducts AEC forums.
Organizes roundtables with professionals in planning and facilities, along with project owners and developers.
Facilitates sponsors and resources for Committee activities.
