Recognizes a woman-owned company in architecture, engineering, or construction. A company with exemplary performance, taken significant risks, demonstrated innovation and trendsetting and exhibited growth.

Service Firm of the Year Award

Recognizes a non-construction woman-owned company that provides exemplary services to architecture, engineering, or construction companies, from professional services, equipment, workforce, printing, specialty items, and training services.

Woman of the Year Award A/E/C

Recognizes a woman who has been in the architecture, engineering, or construction industry for a minimum of 5 years. A woman who plays a pivotal role within the company’s philosophy is a team player and provides support that advances the company’s success and reinforces the overall team effort. This individual takes part in the executive team.

Outstanding Administrative Professional of the Year Award

Recognizes a professional woman who works for a company in the construction, architecture, or engineering industry doing business in Austin, El Paso, Houston Rio Grande Valley, and Sant Antonio areas. This individual provides support in the following areas: Office Manager; Accountant/Bookkeeper; Executive Assistant; Business Development/Marketing; Technical Support (IT), etc. This person provides support behind the scenes that advance the company’s success and reinforces the overall team effort.

This individual plays a pivotal role as a Superintendent, Field Employee, Engineer, Architect, Project Manager, Scheduler, Estimator, or Maintenance Supervisor who is instrumental in ensuring timely delivery of a successful project.

Outstanding Executive of the Year Award

Recognizes a woman senior executive in the construction, architecture, or engineering industry working in the North Texas area.

Recognizes a woman who has been in the North Texas area’s construction, architecture, or engineering industry for a minimum of (20) years or more.

Business Advocate of the Year Award

Recognizes an individual or company who advocates for the inclusion of women in construction, architecture, or engineering and doing business in the North Texas area.
