The following service proposal and fee for the execution of a comprehensive outreach plan. The following services will be offered for each outreach event.

 

90-Day Outreach  

           

  • Liaison with local contacts, members and partners
  • Research local association and service institutions servicing small businesses

30-Day Outreach  

 

  • Liaison with local contacts, members and partners
  • Confirm participation and execution of local association and service institutions
    • Event added to online calendar and social media
    • Event information added to distribution activities
  • Implement Outreach Execution Timeline:
    • Emails:
      • Mass distribution emails go out weekly
      • Direct emails and communication go out daily
    • Social Media:
      • Posts with images or photos to coincide with new information and email distribution schedule
    • Media:
      • Schedule media
    • One-on-One Direct Phone Calls:
      • Phone call occur daily
    • Registrants:
      • Obtain registration list weekly
      • Registrants are added weekly to Outlook meeting notice so that the event is added to registrants’ personal calendars
      • Registrants are called weekly to encourage attendance and to answer any questions
      • Registrants are encouraged to invite contacts in their circle of influence

 

48-Hours DBE Outreach  

 

  • Confirm participation of local association and service institutions
  • Last call outreach:
    • Emails
    • Social Media Posts
    • Phone Calls
  • Registrants:
    • Obtain final registration list from
    • Registrants are added to Outlook meeting notice so that the event is added to registrants’ personal calendars
    • Email Campaign:
      • Registrants are encouraged to attend
      • Registrants are encouraged to invite contacts in their circle of influence
      • Logistical information is provided to each registrant

 

 

 

  • Phone Call Campaign:
    • Registrants are encouraged to attend
    • Registrants are encouraged to invite contacts in their circle of influence
    • Logistic information is provided to each registrant including building and room location and parking directions
  • Text Campaign:
    • Registrants are encouraged to attend
    • Registrants are encouraged to invite contacts their circle of influence
    • Logistic information is provided to each registrant including building and room location and parking directions
    • Event address is last item in the text to allow registrant to easily get driving direction on mobile phone

     

Event Day Outreach  

 

  • Social Media day of event posts with images or photos:
    • Pre-event social media post 1 to 2 hours before event
