To honor exceptional dedication and skill, we will award the titles of Construction Worker of the Year (both a male and female recipient) and Foreman of the Year in each of the seven cities. These awards highlight the outstanding contributions of individuals who have gone above and beyond in their roles.
Important Date: Nominee narrative is due April 25th for judging process.

Recognizing the sacrifices made by our workers, we’re hosting gatherings in Austin, Dallas/FW, and Houston & Rio Grande Valley for a family and friends celebration. It’s an opportunity to spend quality time with the loved ones of our workers, showing appreciation for their year-long dedication and hard work. These events will be filled with activities everyone can enjoy, fostering community and gratitude.
