RHCA Legislative & Public Policy Committee Meeting
This Committee offers a colaborative Platform for educational and informational programs to keep members eithin the architecture engineering, and construction sectors updated on local, state, and federal issues.
The second Friday of the Month 8:30 am to 10:00 am Central Time. Meetings are open to members in good standing; registration is required.
Committee Functions:

Formulates positions on business and community issues based on their local impact. These positions reflect a consensus within the architecture, engineering, and construction business community rather than a unanimous agreement among all members.

Proposed policy statements can be submitted by any RHCA member, RHCA Committee, Board Director, or the RHCA CEO, with the preferred route being through an RHCA committee.

The Legislative Committee reviews these submissions and makes recommendations to the RHCA CEO.

The RHCA Executive Committee then considers these recommendations for inclusion on the RHCA Board’s meeting agenda.

Facilitates sponsors and resources for Committee activities.
