RHCA Safety Council serves as a subject matter expert panel to advise the RHCA on construction safety issues and health matters by providing health and safety field input and perspective. Develops the RHCA Construction Safety Program, provides guidance, and reviews the resolution of construction safety issues.
Committee Functions:
- Acts as a resource for Construction Safety instructors
- Recommends training topics and speakers
- Assists with RHCA Safety activities
- Assists with grant research and submittals
- Assists with annual events:
- OSHA Safety Stand-Down
- Texas-wide RHCA Day of the Construction Worker
- National Safe + Sound Week
- Facilitates sponsors and resources for Committee activities.
