New Look. New Name. Same Mission. Stronger Future.
DALLAS, TX — The organization formerly known as the Regional Hispanic Contractors Association today announced a refreshed brand identity, including a new name — the Regional Hispanic Construction Association (RHCA) — along with a new logo and tagline, Empowering Our Construction Community.
Founded in 1995, the association has spent three decades advancing the business potential, connections, and capabilities of its members across Texas through advocacy, resources, and training programs. The shift from “Contractors” to “Construction” reflects the organization’s expanded reach across the full architectural, engineering, and construction (A/E/C) industry encompassing the contractors who have anchored the association since its founding, but also the engineers, designers, suppliers, owners, and professionals who build alongside them.
“For decades, our association has stood for a single, enduring purpose: to strengthen and empower the people who build our communities,” said Rey E. Roca, Chairman of the Board of the Regional Hispanic Construction Association. “This new identity honors that history while reflecting who we already are. Our look is evolving, but our mission is not. Our best work is still in front of us, and I look forward to building it together with our members and partners.”
“The strength of RHCA has never been in the name alone, it has been in the people,” said Vladimir Naranjo, Chair-Elect of the Regional Hispanic Construction Association. “Our passion for supporting one another, opening doors, and giving back is what makes this organization special. “As we embrace a broader identity, we reaffirm our commitment to unite the entire construction industry, creating opportunities for everyone who builds, designs, supplies, manages and serves our industry. The future of RHCA is one of inclusion, collaboration, and growth.”
“Every day, our work comes down to opening doors, building capacity, and creating opportunity,” said John H. Martínez – D, President and Chief Executive Officer of the Regional Hispanic Construction Association. “Our refreshed brand reflects the broader community we serve and the resources we deliver — from project procurement and construction safety to workforce training and advocacy. New look. New name. Same mission. Stronger future.”
The Regional Hispanic Construction Association is one of the largest associations of its kind in the country, supporting new, small, and emerging contractors and subcontractors, and advancing diversity and opportunity throughout the A/E/C industry. The association is headquartered at 2210 W. Illinois Avenue, Dallas, Texas, with additional locations serving the state of Texas.
