The Regional Hispanic Contractors Association Foundation (RHCA Foundation) Internship Program is a strategic initiative designed to connect high-potential students – especially RHCA Scholars – with meaningful internships in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industries. The program aims to support small to mid-sized firms in creating structured, impactful internship opportunities that foster the development of future industry professionals.
Program Objectives
- Bridge Classroom Learning and Field Application: Internships allow students to apply academic concepts in real-world settings, gaining valuable field-specific experience in AEC disciplines.
- Support AEC Firms: Provide small and mid-sized companies with ready-to-use templates, guidance, and best practices for developing or enhancing internship programs.
- Foster Career Pathways: Help students refine their career goals, gain confidence, and develop key professional skills through structured work experiences and mentorship.
